Dawn Brindley

Hello.  My name is Dawn, and I joined Patten’s Commercial Driver Training in the spring of 2023. I am a United States Marine and served God, Family and Country from 1984-1988.  While serving in the Marines, I achieved the rank of Corporal. I was trained as a diesel mechanic and furthermore learned to operate all types of motor transport equipment within the fleet.  Upon serving, I was employed as a Corrections Officer by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

 

In 2005, I acquired my Class-A, commercial driver's license and started my career in the freight industry servicing the New England region for companies such as, Fed Ex Freight and, A. Duie Pyle until 2021.  

 

In 2021, I was employed by the State of New Hampshire, Department of Motor Vehicles and was certified by the International Driver Examiner Certification Board in association with the, American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators as a Commercial Motor Vehicle Examiner to conduct all types of Commercial Driver License exams for the State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles in accordance with 49 CFR Part 380 and Part 383.  

 

I have completed specialized training in Defensive Driving and have furthermore been trained and certified by the COLUMBUS McKINNON CORPORATION in Load Securement in accordance with 49 CFR Part 393.100 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
