Mike Feinauer

Hello…  My name is Mike and I want to thank you for your interest in Patten’s Commercial Driver Training.  I have had my Class-A Commercial Driver License for approximately 30 years and hold the associated endorsements of Tank Vehicles (N), Hazardous Materials (H), Double/Triple Trailers (T), Passenger Vehicles (P) and School Bus (S).  Throughout the years while working in the commercial motor vehicle industry, I obtained my New Hampshire Weighmasters license (#99368) and my commercial motor vehicle/automotive inspection license (#23902) from the State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles.

 

While employed in a commercial motor vehicle enforcement capacity, I was certified by the United States Department of Transportation, specifically the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to conduct commercial motor vehicle safety inspections and non-bulk hazardous material inspections in accordance with the North American Standard Inspection Procedure created by the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA).

 

I have also been previously certified by the International Driver Examiner Certification Board in association with the, American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators as a Commercial Motor Vehicle Examiner (#12467) and conducted all types of Commercial Driver License exams for the State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles in accordance with 49 CFR Part 380 and Part 383.  I have also been trained and certified by the COLUMBUS McKINNON CORPORATION in Load Securement in accordance with 49 CFR Part 393.100 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
